Margie Hellman is a Yoga Therapist, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement teacher and an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience in health care. She specialises in adapting yoga and gentle movement explorations from the Feldenkrais Method to encourage you to find more freedom of movement, self-awareness and wellbeing .
Yoga Therapy is yoga tailored to your needs and is suitable for anyone at any age or level of fitness. During a Yoga Therapy session with Margie she will choose from the tools of Yoga Therapy and create an individualised session which may include any of the following :
